The AI-powered healing application available at sanctuary.phoenixblessing.com, operated by Ascent Leadership Institute Inc.

Collectively any online facilities, tools, services, or information that Ascent Leadership Institute Inc makes available through the Websites, including recorded courses, live events, healing sessions, and the Sanctuary App.

“User / Users”

Any third party that accesses the Websites and is not employed by Ascent Leadership Institute Inc in the course of their employment.

“Website”

phoenixblessing.com, sanctuary.phoenixblessing.com, and academy.phoenixblessing.com, and any sub-domains of these sites unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

Without limitation, any of the following Data may be collected:

• 2.4Payment information for course purchases (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers directly)

• 2.7Operating system (automatically collected)
• 2.8Pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs (automatically collected)
• 2.9Session activity within the Sanctuary App, including guided session records and meditation history

• 3.1Any personal Data you submit will be retained by Ascent Leadership Institute Inc for as long as you maintain an Account or use our Services. Data submitted through communications may be retained for up to one year.
• 3.2Unless required or permitted by law, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties, including affiliates, without your consent.
• 3.3All personal Data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. See Section 9 for details.
• 3.4Data may be used by us for the following purposes: internal record keeping; improvement of our products and services; sending you information about events, courses, and services (you may opt out at any time); contact for research purposes; providing and operating the Sanctuary App; processing payments for courses and membership.

Use of the Sanctuary App involves the collection of session activity data — including guided session records, reflections, and meditation history. This data is:

• Stored securely in our database (Supabase)
• Never shared with third parties without your explicit consent
• For practitioner users: client session data is only accessible to the practitioner with whom a client has an active, consented relationship. Clients may revoke consent at any time.
• Never sold to advertisers or marketing companies

Ascent Leadership Institute Inc uses the following third-party services in the operation of our Websites and App:

• StripePayment processing for course and membership purchases
• Render.comWebsite and application hosting
• SupabaseDatabase and authentication services
• Analytics toolsAggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the Websites

These providers access only the data necessary to perform their specific functions. Use for any other purpose is prohibited.

• 8.1You may access certain areas of the Websites without providing any Data. However, to use all Services — including courses, the Sanctuary App, and practitioner tools — you will be required to create an Account.
• 8.2You may restrict your browser's use of Cookies. See Section 10 below.

• 9.1You may access your Account at any time to view or update your Data.
• 9.2You have the right to request a copy of your personal Data by contacting us at [email protected].
• 9.3You have the right to request deletion of your personal Data. Requests will be processed within 30 days.
