Private Sessions with Hiro Miyazaki — Terms of Service

1. About the sessions

Private sessions are one-on-one online sessions with Hiro. Three programs are offered:

• Life Breakthrough — a healing session using the PhoenixBlessing® technique, working with whatever you bring.

• Non-Physical Travel — a guided meditation for exploring non-physical experience.

• Business Consultation — guidance on growing a healing practice, or another topic you bring.

Sessions are available in 30, 45, 60, and 90-minute lengths, and as prepaid time packages of 3 hours or 5 hours. Current prices are shown on the booking page.

2. Who can book

You must be at least 18 years old. Sessions are for the person who booked them. If you book for another adult, that person must read and accept these terms before their session.

3. What this work is — and is not

Please read this section carefully.

Private sessions are a spiritual, energetic, and emotional-wellbeing practice, educational in nature.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, counseling, or any other licensed healthcare service. Hiro is not a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed therapist, or licensed counselor. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or condition, physical or mental, and we do not prescribe or advise on medication.

Sessions are not a substitute for professional care. Do not stop, change, or delay any medication, treatment, or professional advice because of a session. If you have a medical or mental health concern, consult a licensed professional.

Business Consultation is not professional advice. It is general guidance drawn from Hiro's own experience. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or any other licensed professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before acting on business, legal, or financial matters.

Non-Physical Travel experiences are subjective. What you experience in a guided meditation, including impressions of other lives, other realities, or other beings, is your own inner experience. We make no claim that such experiences are factually or objectively verifiable, and they should not be the sole basis for health, legal, financial, or other major life decisions.

No doctor–patient, therapist–client, or other professional relationship is created by booking or attending a session.

4. Your wellbeing

Sessions can bring up deep emotions and memories, during the session and in the days after. This is a normal part of the process. You are responsible for pacing yourself, resting, and seeking support if you need it.

Sessions are not for crisis situations. If you are in acute crisis, are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or are experiencing severe mental health symptoms, please do not book a session. Contact your local emergency services, a crisis line, or a licensed professional first.

Before your session, please tell us in the intake form about any physical or mental health condition you are currently being treated for that could be affected by deep emotional or meditative work.

Your participation is voluntary. You may pause or stop at any time.

Hiro may decline, pause, or end a session if he believes continuing is not in your best interest. In that case, you may choose to reschedule the remaining time or receive a refund for it.

5. Personal responsibility

You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results, during and after sessions. Any decision you make, whether or not it was prompted by something that came up in a session, is yours.

6. Assumption of risk and release

You understand that emotional, energetic, and meditative work can involve discomfort, and that outcomes cannot be predicted. You choose to take part voluntarily and accept these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Ascent Leadership Institute Inc, Hiro Miyazaki, and our officers, contractors, and representatives from any claims arising out of or related to your sessions.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, INJURY, OR LOSS OF ANY KIND — PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, FINANCIAL, BUSINESS, OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL — ARISING DURING OR AFTER A SESSION. This includes loss resulting from decisions you make, from translation errors, or from technology or connection failures.

If we are found liable despite the above, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session or sessions giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

8. No guarantees

Every person's experience is different. We make no guarantee of any particular personal, emotional, spiritual, health, professional, or financial result.

9. Language and translation

Directly with Hiro: English and Japanese.

Free AI live translation. AI-based consecutive live voice translation is available at no extra cost on our proprietary platform, app.xcosmos.link, in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Japanese, Russian, Mandarin (Simplified or Traditional Chinese), Cantonese, German, Korean, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Italian, Turkish, Farsi, and Arabic. You understand that:

• AI translation is not a human interpreter. It may contain errors, omissions, or delays, particularly with emotional or spiritual terms, names, and expressions.

• We are not responsible for misunderstandings or any outcome resulting from translation errors.

• Hiro may pause to clarify meaning. If translation is not working well enough for the session to continue, we may reschedule the remaining time.

• To provide translation, what is said in your session is processed by third-party AI service providers, currently OpenAI and ElevenLabs, which turn speech into text, translate it, and speak it aloud. The live audio and video travel through our connection provider, LiveKit. By choosing AI translation, you consent to this processing.

• Normally, Hiro's translated words are spoken in an AI-generated version of his own voice.

• We delete the translated speech after each session, and we do not keep session text in our logs. The AI providers may keep limited copies for security and abuse prevention, generally for up to 30 days. What is said in your session is not used to train AI models.

• AI-assisted notes. Hiro may use an AI note-taking feature during a session. If he does, what is said in the session is also sent to OpenAI to produce a written transcript and summary, which Hiro keeps on his own device, not on our servers. He keeps saved notes only as long as needed to prepare for and follow up on your sessions, and deletes them on request. The provider terms above apply to this processing too.

• If you prefer not to use AI translation or AI notes, tell us before your session.

Your own translator. You may bring your own translator. You are responsible for arranging and paying them, and for making sure they keep what is shared in the session confidential.

Referred translators. On request, we can refer you to experienced human translators. They are independent professionals, not our employees or agents. You contract with and pay them directly, and we are not responsible for their availability, fees, accuracy, or conduct.

10. Online platform and technology

Sessions take place on Zoom or on app.xcosmos.link, as you choose when booking.

You are responsible for your own device, internet connection, and a quiet, private space. Do not take part in a session while driving or operating machinery — sessions include guided meditation.

If your connection drops, we will try to reconnect. Time lost because of your connection is not extended or refunded. If a significant failure occurs on our side, we will reschedule the lost time.

11. Booking and payment

Bookings are made through Acuity Scheduling. Prices are in US dollars and are paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your card details.

We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect sessions or packages you have already purchased.

Coupon codes apply only under the terms stated in the offer. One coupon per purchase. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be applied after purchase, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

12. Time packages

• A time package is a prepaid block of session time: 3 hours (180 minutes) or 5 hours (300 minutes).

• Package time can be used for any program and any session length (30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes). Each session you book is deducted from your balance.

• If your remaining balance is less than the session you want to book, you may book a shorter session or pay the difference at the standard rate.

• Package time must be used within 12 months of purchase. Any time remaining after that date expires.

• Packages are personal and may not be transferred.

• Refunds: If you have not used any time, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After that, or once you have used any time, the unused balance may be refunded as the amount you paid minus the time used, charged at the standard single-session rate for the session lengths you booked.

13. Rescheduling and cancellation

• You may reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 24 hours before your session, using the link in your confirmation email.

• Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are not refundable, and the session counts as used. We will consider genuine emergencies case by case.

• If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time. If you have not joined within 15 minutes of the start time, the session counts as a no-show.

• If we need to cancel or reschedule, including for illness, you may choose a new time or a full refund for that session.

14. Recording

We do not make audio or video recordings of sessions. If Hiro uses AI-assisted notes, a written transcript and summary may be kept as described in section 9. (For how AI translation handles what is said, see section 9.) You may record your own session for your personal use only. You may not share, publish, sell, or distribute a recording, transcript, or any part of it, and you may not record anyone other than yourself and Hiro without their consent.

15. Confidentiality and privacy

What you share in a session is kept private. We will not disclose it without your consent, except where required by law or where we believe there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or to others.

How AI translation handles what is said in your session is described in section 9.

Because these are not licensed healthcare or therapy services, what you share is not a legally privileged communication.

Information you provide when booking, including your intake form, is stored in Acuity Scheduling and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

16. Testimonials

After your session, you may be invited to share a testimonial. This is always voluntary. With your permission, we may publish it on our website and in our materials, using the name format you choose. You can ask us to stop using it at any time.

17. Conduct

Sessions depend on mutual respect. We may end a session without refund if you are abusive or harassing, or if you are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

18. Intellectual property

The techniques, meditations, and any materials shared in sessions are the intellectual property of Ascent Leadership Institute Inc. They are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, sold, or taught.

19. Communications

By booking, you agree to receive emails about your sessions (confirmations, reminders, links, and follow-up). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

20. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.

• We may update these terms. The version in effect when you book applies to that booking.

• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

• These terms are the complete agreement between you and us regarding private sessions.

• These terms may be provided in several languages. If there is any difference between versions, the English version prevails.
