Let's heal our hearts.
There is a lot happening in the world right now. Even when none of it is happening to you directly, it gets in. It pulls your energy down, and it presses on old pain you thought you had already put away.
That is not weakness. That is a heart that is still open.
So let's use it. In this hour we will do two things. First we will heal what has been stirred up in you — I will guide you through the process live, so that you feel it rather than only hear about it. Then we will turn outward together, and send that healing to the people, the places, and the situations you carry.
I have been teaching Heal Your Heart for years now, and the same thing happens every time. The moment you stop bracing against your own feeling, what you send outward becomes far stronger. A closed heart has nothing to pour. So we open yours first.
Come as you are. Bring one thing in you that you would like healed, and one person or place you would like to send it to. There is nothing else to prepare, and nothing you need to know beforehand.
