SESSION01

Observe

Week 1 · 2–3 hours

We begin with the most important skill I know — one that most people, including many healers, have never truly developed. Attention control. I'll show you why the ability to direct your own attention is not just helpful — it's the single most powerful thing you can do when you're experiencing challenges in life. Without it, emotions run you. With it, you begin to run your life again. We practice together live.

SESSION02

Heal

Week 2 · 2–3 hours

This is the session I'm most known for. In my experience, the most profound shift — the one that changes everything — always happens at the same place: when you meet the part of yourself that has been carrying the pain. Your inner child. The version of you that got hurt, got left behind, got told they weren't enough. Not to fix them. Not to analyze them. To reconcile with them. I guide the group through a deep healing meditation.

SESSION03

Rise

Week 3 · 2–3 hours

Once you've cleared some of the darkness, something becomes possible that wasn't before: you can actually see where you want to go. In this session, we work with a simple but profound understanding: your attention is not just a coping tool — it's a creative force. Where you place it, consistently and with feeling, is what shapes your future. We write your vision together. We meditate on it together. And you give it a name.

The Three Weeks

More Than Just Three Classes

This workshop is spread across three weeks so that each phase has room to go deeper through practice.

Attention control, when practiced daily in the week after Session 1, becomes a genuine skill rather than something you tried once. The healing work from Session 2, when you sit with it and return to it before Session 3, takes you further than a single session could. The gaps aren't waiting time — they're practice time, and they're where the real transformation quietly happens.
